Spinach Dip and Nathan's Birthday

My Budster Robin made the robin cookies for My Nathan. A wonderful gesture for remembering the story of the day he entered this world and seeing my first Robin in the yard on the way to the hospital and 50 of his bird relatives. It was a beautiful sign.
I have learned from Some very close people to my heart that things happen for a reason. So, why is it that Spinach dip is so damn good? Why must I eat too much and have child birthing dreams?
Working at the bakery I have had a blast. I have learned that everything is better with bacon including cake, I can't manage my time as well as I thought and there is always something to learn. Today it was iced cookies. The one class in college I had issues with was watercolor. Watercolor is for freaks of nature. No mistakes. It is like signing your Social Security card in the third grade with a sharpie, It's not going anywhere. I was lucky to use a red one too... Thank goodness for the name change huh?? Back to the cookies. My friend Robin has mastered this skill. With one cookie I was getting so pissy pants, icing was running everywhere and bleeding into the next. My bunny looked like a bi-polar mess. I just scraped it all off and used real people's icing and covered the bunny with coconut?? It was cute darn it...
For a friend I piped out 1,800 purple flowers until I couldn't squeeze no mo'!
Well, I am pooped(no pun intended, for the spinach dip...)

Have a good easy bellied one,

Jy
