My Pâte à choux is pooh....

There is one major task in the bakery that I just can't get the knack for: eclairs/ cream puffs. Miss. Ruth can do it with one hand tied behind her back in about ten minutes. She has tried to give me pointers but to no avail. Just more fancy pants pancakes for me.

So, I will bake off the cakes for Nathan's birthday cake tonight and start on the "scenery". I giggle every time I tell someone about the cake at the bakery. It is a four tiered potential mess, so regardless I will have to post the pictures... (Remember I am sensitive, snort snort)

One of my favorite knitting friends, (Sherri) found me on facebook. It is amazing this internet thing... internet is like space the more I think about it the spookier it gets hee hee.
